Akin RossAkin Ross is a dynamic professional with 15 years of experience in sales and business management. He has worked with a number of reputed organizations throughout his career. From 2002 to 2007, he worked as an assistant director at the Boys & Girls Club Inc., Rochester, NY. As an assistant director of the club, he supervised the daily operations at location. He opened a new after school program in Franklin High School, built strong relationship with all the business, and moved towards success.

From 2007 to 2012, Akin Ross worked at an enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rochester, NY as a branch manager. His duties at the site included human resources, goal setting, and profitability, analysis of competition, sales and customer services as well. In addition, he was responsible for the overall management and development of the branch employees. Later, he worked as a branch manager with JP Morgan Chase Bank, Rochester, NY. His job entailed of a variety of sales activities like the establishment and achievement of sales goals using effective sales management techniques.

Currently, Akin Ross is a Regional Inventory Control Manager with Raymour & Flanigan Furniture, Rochester, NY. He performs various duties at his workplace such as training and development, monthly audits, human resources, safety compliance, property management, cross audits in other regions, logistics, deliveries and providing excellent customer service. Throughout his career, he has won many awards and honors. He is a Black Scholar and has won Athlete of the year, Greece Arcadia High School. He won the Upstate New York Leader of the Month Award at At Raymour & Flanigan,and the leadership award at the enterprise Rent-A-Car.
